Duff Research LLC was founded in May 2009 by three Silicon Valley veterans with over 50 combined years of experience developing cutting-edge consumer and mobile software products for top-tier companies, including Apple, Microsoft, WebTV, Moxi and ZING. The products we helped to create have won multiple industry awards, including an Emmy and three times Best of CES.
On the iOS platform, we have shipped a number of major applications for household name companies, including adidas/Reebok (miCoach – Stuff Magazine’s “2010 Mobile App of the Year”) and TiVo (TiVo’s iPad app). We have also shipped two Apple Staff pick winners, multiple New & Noteworthy mentions, and have hit Top 25 lists with more than 10 different applications in the past year.
Through our many years in Silicon Valley, the principals at Duff Research have developed a broad network of top-tier talent who we can call upon to fill the particular needs of each of our clients. This network – what we like to call the Duff Extended Team – allows us to offer the services of highly talented and widely experienced engineers, graphic artists, program managers, and QA. We currently have 10 full-time developers on staff in our Sunnyvale headquarters, and we retain the services of several additional independent contractors.
